Abstract

The results of this research revealed differences in rendering help to families of social risk and children growing in those families in different civil parishes of Kaisiadorys district. The approved and fit to situation of the district methodology for work with families of social risk and children growing in those families is lacking. The staff of social workers in civil parishes is incomplete. The work within team of social specialists is unsatisfactory. The range of social services in the district is rather narrow too. Some functions of administrative sections are duplicated. A concern in national and international projects is rather low too.
