Abstract

This scientific work analyses the subsequent key amendments of the Law on Criminal Prosecution, their influence of ending and implementation of the pre-trial investigation, the reorganization of investigation institutions and public procurators, changes of structure, the results of practical activities. In all countrys pre-trial investigation takes one of the most important place of the criminal procedure. The role of the officer of pre-trial investigation in the pre-trial investigation, the functions of the officer of pre-trial investigation and the intercourse with other officer of pre-trial investigation are very important and relevant too.
