Straipsnyje analizuojamas vidinio ir išorinio institucijos kokybės vertinimų teorinis ir praktinis sąryšis. Remiantis pirmųjų Lietuvos kolegijų vidinio ir išorinio kokybės vertinimų praktika yra analizuojami institucijų įvertinimo rezultatų panašumai ir skirtumai. Remiantis dviejų vidinių ir išorinių institucijos kokybės vertinimų ciklų analize, yra atskleidžiamas glaudus ryšys tarp vidinio ir išorinio vertinimų.
The most distinct feature of the reform of education in Lithuania in recent years and respectively the change of higher education is a rapid development of the study process in colleges that provide non-university higher education. Lithuanian education system is integrating into the European framework of education and the priority must be given to ensuring the quality of study, especially in the relatively „young“ subsystem of the higher education, namely non-university studies. This research discusses about internal institutional quality assessment and external institutional quality assessment system and practice. Lithuanian non-university institutional quality assessment (internal and external) have not been analysed from the point of view of the quality. There are analyzing the institutional quality assessment process in 2000-2004. College external institutional assessment was done by these assessment areas in 2000. It is aims and objectives, study programmes, human resources, material and financial resources, study quality assurance. College internal institutional assessment was done by more assessment areas. It is study programmes, student achievement, resources, student support, research and consultation, external communication, management, quality assurance system. But now the number of assessment areas is the same in internal institutional quality assessment and in external quality assessment. In this article are analyzing the institutional quality assessment results of internal and external quality evaluation rapports by these assessment areas. It is management, study programme realization, science search, international research, material resources, human resources, internal quality assurance system, graduates qualification, alumnus quality assurance system in Lithuanian colleges.
