Abstract (en)
Most recent studies indicate that personal value system is one of the key factors promoting sustainable behavior (Steg et al., 2014). However, it remains unclear, how sustainable behavior dimensions such as conservation of social and physical environment are related to general and family values in adolescence. In accordance with value-basis theory (Stern & Dietz, 1994) we sought to reveal aforementioned relations and to explore the significance of gender factor.
